1
Arrive as you are
We start with what your body is saying today — pain patterns, stress load, sleep, breath, and movement.
2
Assess + choose the right tools
Thai bodywork, kinesiology, myofascial release, cupping, gua sha — used only when it serves your system.
3
Release without forcing
Slow, precise work that respects tissue and the nervous system. The goal is ease, not intensity.
4
Integrate
You’ll leave with simple guidance to keep the changes — movement, breath, and recovery cues.
What this feels like
Less guarding. More range. A calmer baseline. Many clients describe leaving with a sense of space — in their joints, their breath, and their mind.
FAQ
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What should I book for my first session?
If youre not sure, start with a 90-minute session so we have time to assess, treat, and integrate. You can also text whats going on and well guide you to the best fit.
Is this deep tissue?
Sometimes. But the intention isnt to force tissue. We use slow, precise pressure and movement-based work to create change without overwhelming your nervous system.
Do you work with athletes and active bodies?
Yes mobility, recovery, and movement efficiency are core focuses. Sessions can include assisted stretching, joint mobilization, neuromuscular activation, and sports recovery techniques.
Do you offer Spanish sessions?
Yes. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
Where are you located?
The Fascia Lab serves clients in Colorado mountain towns including Evergreen, Conifer, Genesee, and Morrison. (If you want the exact address on the site, tell me what to list.)
